The story where it all began

The Maneto descends from the medium-sized Andalusian podenco and was shaped by Andalusian hunters into a shorter-legged dog for rabbit and bird hunting. Its name comes from a Spanish word for a short or bent limb, a nod to its distinctive low stature.1
